Story
Do it for Daisy. In support of HLH awareness and research.
Earlier this year, my life completely changed in the most heart breaking way. I lost my beautiful girlfriend, Daisy, to a rare and aggressive illness called Hemophagocytic Lymphohistiocytosis (HLH).
HLH isn’t a name most people know… and I wish we never had to learn it. It came out of nowhere, moved incredibly fast, and despite everything Daisy fought through, it took her from us far too soon.
Daisy and I had been together for 7 years, experiencing a lot together and progressing through life as a solid unit – we shared many amazing memories with each other, memories I will cherish forever with a heavy heart.
Over the coming months I will be taking on 2 challenges:
Royal Parks London Half Marathon (October 12th 2025)
Run Rome The Marathon (March 22nd 2026)
I will be taking on these challenges with the ambition to raise as much money as possible for our friends at UCLH Charity UK, to contribute to sculpting the future of HLH and with hope to do my Dazzler proud.
If you’re able to donate, share, or even just take a moment to learn about HLH, it would mean the world to me. Every step I run is for Daisy, and for every person & family touched by this silent and devastating disease.
Thank you in advance and I wish you all a happy and healthy future, please remember that today is a blessing and tomorrow is a mystery.
