In Ukraine, Gaza, Sudan, and beyond, brutal conflicts are devastating the lives of the most vulnerable. While we bear witness, the brave teams of Médecins Sans Frontières / Doctors Without Borders (MSF) risk their own safety to save others—but they rely on our support.

That’s why we’re getting out of the pub and do what we can: walk 100km in 24 hours. No running (thanks to injuries, ageing, and questionable fitness levels 😅), just relentless marching—because every step (and penny!) counts.
