Thank you for using your thumbs and donating to such a wonderful charity. Waves music therapy helps so many in the south and Ive seen first hand what their work does for people. They are also working on really amazing things.

I haven't run since the shambles of 2021 when I did the virtual London marathon so I’m hoping the Brighton marathon will be a better experience, however I don't like marathons... they're too long.

If you donate I would really appreciate it, it really goes to a great cause and the people at Waves Music Therapy are brilliant.
