Story

🎵 I’m Walking 14 Miles to Help Unlock Memory Jukeboxes Through Music on Prescription 🎧

On Sunday 27th April, I’m taking on the BIG stroll —a 14-mile challenge from Clydebank to Balloch—as part of this year’s Kiltwalk.

But I’m not just walking for the challenge.

I’m walking for a powerful cause: to support the development of a free “Music on Prescription” app—designed to unlock your very own Memory Jukebox, using the proven impact of self-selected music on mental health and wellbeing.

🎶 This isn’t just about tech—it’s about transformation.

The app asks a series of questions about your personal music memories and builds a custom playlist that taps into nostalgia, emotion, and healing. partnered with NHS 24, Breathing Space, The University of Strathclyde, with music delivered through Apple Music & Spotify.

If you believe in the power of music to change lives—and the power of community to make it happen—please consider donating, sharing, or cheering me on.
