Congratulations, Liam on a brilliant run ! Starting at 8am on Saturday morning, Liam made a circuit of Cardiff Bay and the City Centre and then set off for the Valleys to 'run a 100k in under a day'. And he did it in spite of George having to drop out with an injured knee, and Shayne having covid. Liam battled on his own and arrived back at Cardiff Bay 14 hours later having run 62.25 miles (100.2k) - a terrific achievement ! Donors to the site, you too have also been amazing, raising a magnificent £862 so far with further donations and gift aid still to be added. The site will be open for a little while longer.
