🏃 Running the Zion 100 for Mental Health, Because No One Should Struggle Alone 💚
In April 2026, I’ll be taking on one of the biggest challenges of my life… the Zion 100 ultra marathon. 100 miles through some of the most stunning (and unforgiving) terrain in Utah. But for me, this race isn’t just about testing my limits, it’s about running for something that truly matters.
I’m raising $2,000 for Bigger Than The Trail, a nonprofit that uses trail running to support mental health awareness and access to counseling. Their mission means a lot to me, because like so many others, I’ve seen how powerful, and how fragile our mental health can be. Running has been a huge part of my own journey, helping me find clarity, strength, and peace when life felt overwhelming.
But not everyone has the same access to support or resources. That’s why I’m running to help provide free or reduced-cost therapy to those who need it most. Every donation, no matter the size, makes a real difference in someone’s life.
When I cross that finish line in Zion, it won’t just be about finishing 100 miles. it’ll be about honoring the struggles, victories, and stories that connect us all.
Thank you for supporting me, for supporting Bigger Than The Trail, and for helping remind others that we are all, truly, bigger than the trail. 🌿
