Max Cranstoun is raising money for Dementia UK

London Marathon 2025 · 27 April 2025 ·

Dementia UK is the specialist dementia nurse charity. Our nurses, called Admiral Nurses – who we continually support and develop – provide life-changing care for families affected by all forms of dementia, including Alzheimer’s disease.

Story

Thank you for taking time to visit my page and lets raise some money for this great cause.

My grandma suffers with dementia and has done for some time now. I am running the London Marathon for her. My dad has ran it on numerous occasions and it has inspired me to do the same whilst raising money for a charity close to my heart.

What do Dementia UK do?

Dementia UK offer services to assist everyone affected by dementia. They provide free, life-changing support and advice to anyone affected by dementia. Your donation will go towards supporting families facing the fear and confusion of dementia and help guide them.

How can you help?

Please donate!

- Given how close the charity is to our heart Mum, Dad, Leila and I have all agreed to pool our charity donations for the year behind Demenita UK.

- The first £1000 that is donated from people via Facebook/Linkedin/Instagram/Henley or Abingdon will be doubled by us. This could take a total of £1000 and make it £2000.

- All you have to do when donating is leave a comment with how you are connected to me/us and we will do the rest!
