Story
This is a year of firsts for us and possibly many of you.
The first Christmas without our boy Max, the first Christmas event we've held and for many attending the first year without a loved one.
Many of you won't be able to attend our 'A Christmas Tail' on the 17th December but we'd love your support virtually so will be livestreaming the event over on our Facebook page, Max Out in The Lake District on the day.
This is by far our largest event and there will be a few surprises a lot of emotion, smiles and laughter and maybe a twist in the tail?
We love supporting GNAAS, Max our springer spaniel saved hundreds of lives and his legacy carries on by supporting this amazing charity
Every pound you donate today goes towards saving lives.
The Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS) rescues hundreds of severely injured or ill patients every year throughout the North East, North Yorkshire and Cumbria. Their doctor-led critical care teams deliver life-saving treatments at the scene of the incident whether that is on a fell top, a roadside or in a city centre. The charity responded to 1,640 call outs last year* alone, via their helicopter and emergency response vehicles, where they performed treatments and procedures which can mean the difference between life or death.
