Story
As co-founder of Hotpod Yoga, I've spent the last 15 years helping build a community centred around wellbeing, connection, and supporting people's mental health.
One of the things I'm most proud of is our partnership with CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably), a charity doing vital work to help prevent suicide and provide life-saving support to those who need it most.
This year, I wanted to do something personally to support that mission.
On 27th June, I'll be taking on Ultra X Finland, completing a 60km ultramarathon through the stunning landscapes of the Salpausselkä UNESCO Global Geopark. It'll be a significant physical and mental challenge, but it feels small compared to the challenges many people face every day with their mental health.
I'm aiming to raise £1,000 for CALM, with every penny helping to fund their life-saving services and ensure more people can access support when they need it.
If you're able to donate, I'd be incredibly grateful. £12.20 is enough to fund a life-saving call to CALM's suicide helpline, but any amount will go a long way. Thank you for supporting CALM's mission and brilliant cause.
