I’m Maya, a high school student. Over the past 4 years, I have had the privilege of volunteering at the Quantum House in West Palm Beach, an experience that has truly been life-changing. Quantum House serves as a compassionate and supportive home for families, who travel from various parts of the world, seeking treatment for their children's serious medical conditions, providing them respite from the financial burdens and stress associated with trauma and injury. Despite the obstacles they face, the children and their families at the Quantum House always greet me with heartwarming smiles, which is incredibly inspiring.

Quantum House relies on generous donations from the community to continue its invaluable work. In an effort to make a significant impact on the lives of these kids and their families, I am aiming to raise at least $1,200 for the Quantum House. Your contribution will go directly towards helping these families with their lodging expenses and other essential needs. Families are asked to pay $40 per night for their stay, but those unable to afford it are not turned away. Due to the length of surgery and recovery processes, families often stay at the Quantum House for several months. By donating, you will be removing the financial stress of lodging expenses and ensuring the smooth operation of the Quantum House.
