Here at Mayamiko house we are hoping to take the kids on an exciting trip to the lake to reward them for all their hard work this year. These children rarely get to experience things like this and they are so deserving of it. They are incredibly kind and hardworking and deserve nothing short of an amazing trip after their school term, this is why we really hope we get to raise this money for our wonderful children. Here at Mayamiko kids we are an emergency shelter for vulnerable children, home to over 40 children aged 0-14 years old. This money would help fund: Food for the trip, transportation, accommodation and swimming costumes for the children, any extra money raised will go back to Mayamiko for our food for the coming year, new clothes for the children, shoes and so much more that Mayamiko needs. Kenyawi Kids supported the establishment of this fantastic childcare facility called Mayamiko in Blantyre, Malawi.

The organisation works directly with the Ministry of Social Welfare to

support vulnerable children who have either lost both parents, a parent, experienced physical and mental abuse, or have been abandoned economically from their families.

We believe that every child deserves a chance to reach their full potential, regardless of their background or circumstances. Mayamiko offer a range of programs designed to meet the unique needs of the community, including education, healthcare, and vocational training.

The team of experienced professionals provide personalised attention and support to each child, ensuring that they receive the care and guidance they need to succeed.
