Mayor of Bromley Cllr Jonathan Andrews is raising money for Welcare
Donations cannot currently be made to this page

Over three days, the Mayor & Mayoress of Bromley will be walking around the boundaries of the borough, to celebrate the 60th Anniversary of its founding.

Welcare offers practical and emotional support to children and families across South London and East Surrey. Each year, we work with over 800 families who are struggling with domestic abuse, parental conflict, family breakdown, mental health issues, social isolation, and financial pressures.

Story

In celebration of the London Borough of Bromley's 60th Anniversary, the Mayor & Mayoress of Bromley will be walking the entire length of the borough's boundaries over three non-consecutive days this spring - a total of 75km.

As they do this, they are fundraising for three charities which support many Bromley residents and do wonderful work in the community: Bromley Youth Music Trust (BYMT), Welcare in Bromley & Alzheimer's Research UK.
