Story
I've signed up for #DoddieAid26 to not only improve my fitness but, more importantly, to raise funds for a cause that truly matters.
My aim is to cover the equivalent distance of the 290mile walking route from Welford Road to Murrayfield via Headingly before the Calcutta Cup on 14th Feb 2026.
Doddie Aid is a personal exercise challenge that runs from January 1st, 2026, for five weeks. This initiative supports the My Name’5 Doddie Foundation in its mission to find a cure for motor neuron disease (MND).
Every step we take and every mile we log brings us closer to making a difference in the lives of those affected by this devastating condition. By participating, you can join me in this journey and help spread awareness about MND.
To take part and receive your iconic Doddie Aid snood, simply visit app.doddieaid.com, sign up with a £20 donation, and start logging your activity miles – it’s that simple! Together, we can inspire hope and drive change.
