💛 McArthur Scott Fundraising Walk for SBH Scotland 💛

On Sunday 16th November, the McArthur Scott team will be walking from our Gourock office to Lunderston Bay to raise funds for SBH Scotland (Spina Bifida Hydrocephalus Scotland), a charity that means a great deal to us.

This cause is especially close to our hearts, as our teammate Chris’s son, Jack, was born with Spina Bifida. From day one, SBH Scotland have been there for Jack and the whole family, providing incredible care, guidance, and community support.

We’ll be walking together as a team, joined by our families, our superhero Jack, and of course, a few wagging tails 🐾 all to say thank you and give something back to the charity that’s been there every step of the way.

Each year Spina bifida Hydrocephalus (SBH) Scotland need to raise over £1 million to provide dedicated support services for children, young people and adults affected by these lifelong, complex conditions. With little statutory funding they rely almost solely on donations from amazing people like you!

Although classed as rare conditions, 1 in every 1000 pregnancies are affected and in this country, SBH Scotland is the only charity with a remit to support every one affected.
