Team McLaughlin is once again stepping Off the Beatson Track— in loving memory of our beloved Dad, Brian McLaughlin, and in unwavering support of our brother Brian, who has recently been diagnosed with lung cancer.

Now in our 12th consecutive year, and marking the 10th anniversary of our dad’s passing, our team—made up of his children, sons- and daughters-in-law, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends—will be walking to raise vital funds for the Beatson Cancer Charity.

We walk to give back. The care, compassion, and genuine kindness shown to our dad during his treatment gave us the gift of more time with him. For that, we are eternally grateful—and we know there is no sum that could ever truly repay what we received.

Cancer is something that touches all of us, often when we least expect it. And in those dark and uncertain times, it is charities like the Beatson that help carry us through. While our dad’s journey may have ended, the fight continues for so many others.
