McLaughlin et al fundraiser for Beatson Cancer Charity

Felicity Gillespie is raising money for Beatson Cancer Charity
In memory of Brian McLaughlin and Brian Felix McLaughlin

Off The Beatson Track · 30 August 2026 ·

Our annual fun-filled 10K sponsored walk around Glasgow's west end, sponsored by Allied Vehicles, returns for the 13th year!

Story

For the 13th year, the McLaughlin et al group will once again be taking part in **Off the Beatson Track** on the 30th August, raising funds for the incredible **Beatson Cancer Charity**.

Over the years, this event has held a very special place in our hearts. We have proudly walked in memory of our much-loved dad and husband, Brian McLaughlin Snr, keeping his memory with us every step of the way.

This year, our walk carries an even deeper meaning.

In March this year, our family suffered another devastating loss when our much-loved brother and son, Brian McLaughlin Jnr, sadly lost his battle with cancer. This year, we will walk in memory of both Brians — two very special men who are loved beyond words and missed every single day.

Taking part in Off the Beatson Track gives us the opportunity to remember them, celebrate their lives and help raise vital funds so that the Beatson Cancer Charity can continue supporting people and families affected by cancer.

Every donation, no matter how big or small, means so much to us and will help this wonderful charity continue the invaluable work it does.

**This year, every step is for Brian Snr and Brian Jnr. 💛**

Thank you from all of the McLaughlin et al team for your kindness, support and generosity.
