Story
Over 40 members of MCS staff, customers & suppliers will be participating in the MCS "Stelvio Epic" Charity Cycle from the 11th to the 13th September,
This year's challenge will again see everyone pushed to their limits with a staggering total of 300km of climbing over 3 challenging days with the last day being:
The Stelvio Pass is a legendary climb in the Italian Alps, known for its breathtaking scenery and challenging ascent. It features 48 numbered hairpin bends and offers a 1,533-meter elevation gain from Bormio. The climb is accessible and difficult, with a gradient averaging 7.1% and reaching up to 14% in some sections. The pass is for serious road cyclists (which a majority of us are not 🙂) and is a highlight of the Giro d'Italia cycle race.
We also have our Director Ryan Halford, Tom Maunder, Billy Jeffery and two of their friends taking part in the Bristol Half Marathon on the 10th May to raise money for the Grand Appeal.
