I am running the MoRun Glasgow 10k in November 24' to raise money for The Rock Trust. A Scottish based charity aiming to prevent youth homelessness and support young people at risk.

In March this year the annual statistics published by the Scottish Government showed that in Scotland they have over assessed there to be 15,474 children either homeless or at risk of homelessness.

That is 42 children at risk of becoming homeless every day!

Last year The Rock Trust helped over 900 young people move on from homelessness or avoid it altogether by offering housing support, accommodation and 1:1 support.
