We fund research into muscle-wasting to improve the lives of everyone affected.

Story

We are a multidisciplinary team of scientists based at the MDUK Oxford Neuromuscular Centre (www.onmc.ox.ac.uk), University of Oxford, volunteering and running for our charity, Muscular Dystrophy UK, at the Oxford Town and Gown 2023. In our daily lives, we work in the lab and clinic on a wide range of debilitating muscle wasting conditions, namely Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD), Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA), Myotonic Dystrophy and Motor Neuron Disease (MND)/ Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS).

- For the Quiz Night (Thu 4th May at 19:00 at The Britannia Inn), please pay £12 if you do NOT want food or £9.50 if you do want food. We will collect the £10.50 for food separately.

- For the Raffle Draw (Fri 12th May at 10:00 on Teams), please pay £1 per ticket or £4 for 5 tickets.
