Story

We are proud to be raising funds for LOROS Hospice, a local charity that provides free, compassionate care and support to over 2,500 people across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland every year. LOROS cares for adults with complex conditions and terminal illnesses, both at the hospice and in the community, helping patients live with dignity and comfort, while also supporting their families through some of the most difficult times.

At The Mead Educational Trust, we believe in the power of community and the importance of standing alongside those who need a helping hand. This is why a team of our Principals and central team members have come together to take on a challenge in support of LOROS – stepping outside of our everyday roles to raise awareness and funds for a cause we deeply value.

A a huge thank you to the following team members for taking the plunge - Rebecca Smith (Knighton Mead), Hannah Sandy Sharpe (Willowbrook Mead), Zoe Simpson (Kestrel Mead), Sarah Naylor (Netherhall Mead), Paul Pitts, Tom Hague, Gail Kirkham, Sara McAdam and Kajal Patel (Central Team)

Your support means so much. Whether you give a little or a lot, every donation goes directly to helping LOROS continue their incredible work.

Thank you for getting behind us.
