Let's Raise the Roof for Portland Centre

The Portland Centre hosts a wide variety of charitable projects which improve the health & wellbeing of local people, including our amazing Cancer Rehabilitation Exercise project & our range of mental health projects.

Also, the charity is proud to host Mencap Me Time’s social inclusion & community-based programme for local adults with learning disabilities. Notts County Foundation values its close relationship with Mencap, working in partnership to establish this local resource hub and providing life-changing opportunities to local people with learning disabilities.

Me Time offers a range of support for up to 70 local people every week, from 18 to 75 years old; however, a leak in the roof is putting the security of this programme, being based at the Portland Centre at risk.
