Megan and Helen are running the Sheffield 10K on Sunday 27th September!

They are raising money for Jude and the Book Factory in memory of its founder Jude. Jude was a student at Razzamataz Sheffield, which Helen founded and Megan teaches at.

Jude and the Book Factory was the imaginative idea of Jude. Jude started the Book Factory when he was just four years old and his idea was simple; get books to children. He started by hiding his own books for others to find.

Jude was diagnosed with High Risk Neuroblastoma, a type of cancer, the day before his third birthday. Jude died in September 2023, aged 5. He never lost his cheeky sense of humor, and his love for life was contagious. He was a fan of Elton John and developed a love for dancing, theatre and became a real bookworm.

Jude’s parents continue what Jude started. They get books for children into hospitals and hospices and to those affected by childhood cancer and grief.

Jude will always be part of the Razz family and we hope to raise this money to help his family to continue his legacy.
