Story

In 2023, I lost my dad to suicide. It’s something no family ever expects, and the impact it leaves behind is unimaginable.

Losing him changed my life forever, and it opened my eyes to just how important mental health support, awareness, and open conversations really are. No one should feel like they’re facing their struggles alone.

This year I’m running the Berlin Marathon in memory of my dad and to raise money for the Mental Health Foundation. Every step of the 26.2 miles will be for him, and for everyone who is struggling in silence.

The Mental Health Foundation does incredible work to improve mental health across the UK through research, education, and support. By donating, you’re helping fund work that can make a real difference to people who may be going through their darkest moments.

If you’re able to donate, no matter how small, it would mean the world. And if you can’t, simply sharing this page helps spread awareness.

Thank you so much for supporting me, remembering my dad, and helping raise money for such an important cause.

I hope I’m making you proud Dad, love and miss you everyday❤️
