Evie is a junior volunteer at Dr Bell's Family Centre. She is keen to support the centre further and has decided to take on the Wee Wander (4.6 miles) to raise money for children in Leith.

About DBFC:

For the past 20 years, Dr Bell's Family Centre has been a lifeline for families in Leith. Our centre is a safe, inclusive space where parents and children under 5 receive support to overcome poverty, isolation, poor mental health and trauma.

We support over 600 parents and children in Leith, one of the most deprived communities in Scotland. Many families face food insecurity, single parenthood, and poor physical and mental health.

Over the past 20 years, we have helped around 8,000 children and families have the best start in life. We want to raise £20,000 for our 20th anniversary so we can continue supporting families in Leith.
