Story
Nine fearless women, armed with hiking boots, protein bars, and questionable map-reading skills, are taking on the legendary Three Peaks Challenge — that’s Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, and Snowdon — all in 24 hours, no big deal (except it totally is).
We've decided to tackle the Three Peaks mainly for the fun, but we’re also raising a bit of cash for a brilliant cause while we’re at it.
The Sharan Project is a UK-based charity which supports women at risk of disownment, domestic abuse and forced marriage. All proceeds from this fundraiser will go directly to them with the aim to empower women to rebuild their lives independently and without fear.
Our big hike will take place on the longest day of the year, June 21st. Expect a cracking adventure, and probably some breathless bonding on the way up. And the real heroes? Two of our mums, who’ve kindly volunteered to be our drivers — in charge of snacks & Spotify playlists.
It’s all uphill from here — literally.
