Story

I’m running the Brighton Marathon and I’m doing it to raise money for an amazing local Brighton charity called Whoopsadaisy.

I chose Whoopsadaisy because they do something genuinely special, they support children with disabilities and additional needs through fun, inclusive movement and play sessions. They help children build confidence, independence and social skills, while also creating a supportive community for families. It’s one of those charities where you can really see the impact they make.

As someone who loves fitness and movement, I can’t think of a better cause to run for. Training for a marathon is tough, but it feels even more worthwhile knowing I’m doing it to support something that helps children enjoy being active in a way that works for them.

I’d be so grateful for any donation, big or small — every bit helps Whoopsadaisy continue the incredible work they do here in Brighton.

Thank you so much for supporting me (and for helping keep me accountable to actually finish this thing 😄)
