I’m running a Half Marathon to support the children and families cared for by the Paediatric Diabetes Team at Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital (children's diabetes)! ‍🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️

On Sunday 12th October I'll be taking on the Manchester Half Marathon to raise money for the incredible children and young people living with diabetes who are cared for by our diabetes team at Royal Manchester Children's Hospital.

As a Paediatric Diabetes Specialist Nurse, I see every day how much courage, resilience, and strength our patients show in managing their condition- diabetes is a 24/7 condition that never takes a break.

The funds raised will go directly towards supporting our patients and families at RMCH. Helping to provide resources, equipment, and opportunities that make living with diabetes a little bit easier.
