At the start of this year, I was diagnosed with stage 1 chondrosarcoma, a rare type of bone cancer, at 23. I had surgery to remove a tumour in my hip with margins, and spent 3 weeks recovering at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital.
I’m incredibly grateful for the care and support I received — and for the chance to share my story as part of Sarcoma Awareness Month
Online donations will go to the Bone Cancer Research Trust, helping to fund vital research and support for people affected by bone cancer.
Cash raised at the event will be donated to RNOH Charity, to support the hospital that helped me through my diagnosis and recovery.
Thank you so much for your support 💛
