I'm participating in the Royal Parks Half Marathon 2024 to support the charity I founded 15 years ago, Multi-Agency International Training & Support (MAITS).

Our organisation has already trained over 7,000 individuals across 23 countries and positively impacted the lives of 1.4 million children with disabilities, along with their carers.

MAITS provides essential training to therapists, healthcare, and community workers in under-resourced communities in South Asia and Africa. I am deeply passionate about making a difference in these children's lives.

1 in 10 children worldwide has a disability, the majority of whom live in developing countries which lack essential healthcare services (UNICEF, 2022).
