Home-Start has been a major part of my life for over 25 years and with the challenges that many of us are facing , our support for families has never been more vital.

Home-Start is there for families when they reach out and together, through non-judgmental support, we enable families to make the changes that are important to them to ensure their children have the best start in life.

Families are being bombarded from all angles from the cost of living to trying to support children with neurodiverse challenges.

Together, we are stronger and we can make a difference.

There will be six of us running this year - all varying abilities, but all with a common theme of wanting to reach out and support the work of Home-Start Cymru.

We have been joined by some dedicated staff from Mech Tech Professionals - Katherine Jones, Deiniol Llewellyn, Tom Haines and Marc Brown. Alongside them will be Becky Hutcherson-Jones and myself (likely to be bringing up the rear)!
