Hi there - thanks for popping by!

This Boxing Day, I will be enthusiastically running into the Irish Sea, to raise money for the Llandudno Lions. Well actually, we'll be walking. Slowly. You know - health and safety and all that; it's a stony bit of beach!

To add insult to potential injury, I will also not be comfortably swaddled in my usual open water swim garb of as much neoprene as I can find (as per photo above!), including socks and gloves, but will be wearing some ridiculous fancy dress. So I expect to be cold. Really quite cold. And probably hungover.

So, all that being said, come make it worthwhile and chuck a pound or two to a very worthy cause.
