Hello peeps, first charity event I've ever done !!!

The Cross Bay Walk is a unique experience and fantastic event with breath-taking views that starts in Arnside and finishes across the bay at Grange Promenade, Grange-over-Sands.....and that's a long way for me !!

Would love it if you could help, I also work the charity and see the amazing work its doing across the whole of the North West.

Supporting our charity ensures it can continue to provide support to many of the critical lifesaving and staff programmes delivered outside of core NHS funding. This includes supporting health, well-being and mental health programmes for staff and to provide those little extras to say thank you on your behalf for doing such an amazing job, sometimes in very difficult circumstances.

We are also proud to support over 800 Community First Responders, 300 Volunteer Car Drivers with training & equipment and fund many community initiatives and projects such as Cardiac Smart, dementia care, mental health, lifesaving defibrillators (AED) and many public access defibrillators (CPADS) across the North West.
