Hospice at Home provides high quality care and support for adults who have palliative and end of life care needs, whilst also supporting their families and carers. In 2022/23 we received 985 referrals.

As a charity we rely on the kindness and generosity of our local community. The amount we need to raise in a financial year is £1,718,901.48, so with your support we will be able to provide 'Local Care for Local People' - Thank you!

I am inspired to raise money for Hospice at Home Carlisle and Lakeland because of the invaluable support and care they provide to individuals and families during some of life's most challenging moments. Their dedication to ensuring comfort, dignity, and compassion for those facing terminal illness resonates deeply with me. I lost my mum over 20 years ago and if it wasn't for Charities like Hospice at Home families like mine would not be able to cope with our loss. I have witnessed their commitment to improving the quality of life for patients and their loved ones has ignited a passion within me to contribute to their mission. By fundraising for Hospice at Home, I am honoured to play a part in supporting their vital services and making a positive difference in the lives of those in need within our community.
