On Friday, July 5th, at 11pm, I will be joining the team from InBond participating in a 10-mile moonlit walk, alongside other supporters of The Teesside Charity. We're aiming to raise funds for Teesside-based mental health charities.

Our journey under the moonlight will lead us from the picturesque Cod Beck reservoir, through pine forests, along ancient trails, and onto a segment of the historic Cleveland Way route.

I would sincerely appreciate any donations, large or small, as they will make a significant difference in supporting individuals facing mental health challenges.
