Most of us have been touched by a cancer story and often feel helpless. My own father is currently receiving treatment for lung cancer, and since retiring to Scotland, I have joined the Ayr Walking Rugby group where a lot of the conversation amongst the guys ( I am often the only lady), centres on Prostate cancer. Therefore I have signed up for the Ayr Santa Dash and chosen Ayrshire Cancer Support as my charity.
