We are three nurses from the Dudley Community Heart Failure Team. The challenge is to get our own hearts pumping by climbing Snowdon at sunrise.

We will be making the 9 mile round trip, climbing the highest mountain in Wales and England - 3199 feet high!

We will be raising much needed funds for the Dudley Community Heart Failure team, and the Dudley Community Heart Failure Virtual Ward Charity - a charity close to our hearts.❤️

The funds will go towards additional training for our staff and equipment to help us care for our patients, and help them to live well with heart failure.
