This July, I've signed myself to a challenge that I was lured into by the thought of Moët & Chandon champagne at the end and I'm now totally terrified! I will be cycling 500km over 4 days from London to Moët & Chandon, Épernay, France.

Following on from last year’s great success, MHUK will be continuing our partnership with Fair shot Café!

Fair Shot Café is a social enterprise café and a registered UK charity that aims to transform the lives of young adults with learning disabilities and/or autism through specialty coffee. So far the charity has supported 36 adults out of unemployment and has successfully completed 10,050 hours of training per annum. In addition, Fair Shot Café pride themselves on being an accredited London Living Wage employer ensuring that their employees are paid fairly

Every donation, big or small, will help me through every km and a very sore bottom on the saddle!
