Ride 4 Change — Cycling for a Cause

On Saturday 10th October, we’re hosting Ride 4 Change — a full day of indoor cycling at Newark Sports and Fitness Centre, bringing together 10 of the country’s best instructors for 8 high-energy sessions.

Every year, stroke changes the lives of thousands of people across the UK in an instant. The Stroke Association is there for people every step of their recovery — funding vital research, providing support to stroke survivors and their families, and campaigning to improve stroke care.
