❤️ 8 HOURS • 1 EXERCISE BIKE • FOR QUEENSCOURT HOSPICE ❤️

On Saturday 3rd October from 8am, I’ll be taking on a huge 8-hour exercise bike challenge outside The Chocolate Box in Ainsdale, all in aid of Queenscourt Hospice.

This challenge isn’t just going to be physical — it’s going to be mental too, and I’m going to need all the support I can get! 💪❤️

So please come down, cheer me on, have a chat, and help keep me going throughout those 8 hours. Every bit of encouragement will mean the world to me.

Most importantly, I’m asking for your help in raising much-needed funds for Queenscourt Hospice.

Queenscourt is a charity that is so important to so many families. We all know someone who has faced illness, is currently battling illness, or has needed care and support at the most difficult time in their lives.

My grandad was one of those people who needed Queenscourt Hospice, which is why this charity is incredibly close to my heart. ❤️

Hospices like Queenscourt provide care, comfort and support when families need it most. They need our help to continue providing that vital service — because you never know when you, your family, or someone you love might need them.
