Story
It’s incredible to me that this service operates as a charity, who without funding would not be able to offer the emergency care that they do 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
I’ve been meaning to find away to raise awareness of this service for a while after the Welsh Air Ambulance airlifted our friend to hospital after a serious accident.
Very recently they were called to help when my Uncle had a motorbike accident. He tragically died at the scene.
I’m hiking Moel Famau everyday in May to raise funds for this incredible charity.
It’s a challenge I have completed before for a number of different causes and it is never easy. A daily hike with my work and personal commitments is tough logistically, but wind rain or shine. I’ll be there.
I’d be so grateful for any donation to this incredible cause. You are keeping a lifeline for society open.
