I AM is a charity that does great work with autistic people. I AM provides a wide range of social and lesiure activities for autistic adults (and children) as well as offering 1 to 1 support. The groups and activities that I AM provides address social isolation and improve life skills for our members - as well as helping to improve their mental and physical health.

I AM has a forum called I AM Community Voice for adult members to contribute their views, ideas and suggestions to the charity. A group of members from this group are doing a sponsored walk around Heaton Park. The money raised will help I AM to continue to offer the groups and activities that its members get so much from.
