Story
This year, I’ll be taking on the Chester Marathon in memory of my amazing mum.
Losing my mum to cancer was the hardest thing my family and I have ever experienced. There are no words to describe the heartbreak of losing someone you love so deeply. Although nothing can take away that loss, I wanted to do something that would honour her memory and make a positive difference to others facing similar challenges. This is why I’ve chosen to run the Chester Marathon and raise money for Hospice of the Good Shepherd.
Every mile I run is for her.
If you’re able to support me, no matter how big or small the donation, I would be incredibly grateful. If you can’t donate, simply sharing this page would mean the world to me and help spread the word.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story and for helping me honour my mum’s memory while supporting the incredible work of Hospice of the Good Shepherd. Together, we can help ensure that more families receive the compassion, care, and support they need when it matters most.
