Story

In 2014 my mum (Sandra Sharp) lost her long running battle with Cancer and died on the 12th June 2014. My mum was all you could ask for in a mother; supportive, loving and dedicated to her family. Mum was 64 when she passed away and I'm grateful for the 36 years I had with her.

I'm raising money with seven friends in memory of my mum, but also for all the families affected by cancer and particularly those who have not been as fortunate to have as many years as I did with my mum. As a father of two young boys, my heart goes out to those families going through the pain of losing a parent or child.

Please support me and Andy Revell, Steve Hughes, Chris Smith, Rob Pillar, Thomas Rastall, Andy Smith and Alec Stanwell in cycling 200+ miles from Boston in Lincolnshire, where my dad met my mum, to Winterslow in Wiltshire, where my mum and dad spent 40 years of their life together, raising me and my two sisters.

All your support and donations will go direct to Cancer Research, so please sponsor us today!
