Walking 120km on the Camino Way from Valença to Santiago de Compostela

We aspire for Copmanthorpe Primary School to be a place where everyone has a growth mind-set, aims high, and can over come barriers to success. We aim to develop children as independent, resilient learners and effective communicators, to enable them to achieve and succeed in the future.

Some of you will know that I have a particular interest in outdoor play for all children. As a Copmanthorpe Primary School Governor I am excited to part of a team who also value play. Next year we plan to increase the opportunities for play at lunchtime. To facilitate this well we need some money! I had already planned to walk this route and thought I would try and help with the fundraising as well as enjoying the experience. More details will follow for those of you who are currently parents.
