DT Performance Cars Charity Men's Wellness Day

Daniel Tranter is raising money for CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably)

Mens Wellness Day · 18 January 2026

We’re Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM), and we’re a suicide prevention charity. We host a helpline for people affected by suicide, as well as vital online resources for anyone who needs them.

Story

🗓️ Sunday 18th January, 9.45am - 3pm

📍 DT Performance Cars

Our last Men's Wellness Day nearly over two years ago went down a storm. We had some really important discussions, we bonded over very cold ice baths, moved together, ate some very tasty food and raised a decent amount of money for a fantastic charitable cause.

So we've decided to do it again!

This time we've switched it up slightly with the following;

9.45am meet

10.00am – 5k run (optional)

10.45am – coffee/tea break

11.15am – Q & A with Alex Young from Siblin Gym

11.30am – Movement and Mobility session with Johnny Autin from Autin Dance Theatre

12.30pm – A tasty Lunch from Ryan at Home

1.30pm –Breathwork and Ice Baths with Adam Bray from Become One Breathwork

2.30pm – Discussions around Men's Mental Health

3pm – Finish and Close

Everything is optional of course, but we urge you to step out of your comfort zone with our skilled and trusted leaders.

To Book your place:

1. We are asking for a minimum donation of £25 per person to secure your space (All costs will go to CALM Zone)

Our chosen charity that your donated funds will go to is Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM). They are a suicide prevention charity. They’ve got loads of tools and resources to help people find the support they need, including a life-saving helpline for people who can’t see a way forward, have lost someone to suicide, or are worried about their friends or loved ones.

£12.20 is enough to fund one potentially life-saving call.

We hope you can join us!
