Since 2022, the Mental Health First Aid Group of Emap Publishing, one of the UK’s leading and fastest growing niche media businesses, have chosen a different charity to partner with and help support & promote by taking part in an annual charity fundraising challenge where we invite colleagues from the across the business to join us.

This year we have been inspired by the work that Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) undertake by offering crucial help, advice and information to anyone who is struggling or in crisis.

Every pound you help us raise will help CALM keep their helpline open, and to provide C.A.R.E kits to help support young people and provide invaluable resources online for those who are crisis.
