I'm taking part in the 2024 Veganuary challenge and trying to go vegan for the whole of January!

Why? By going vegan for a month I'll be helping to save animal lives, protect our planet and hopefully improve my own health while I'm at it.

I haven't eaten red meat since I was 17 but cutting out fish, poultry and other animal products (butter, cheese, eggs) will surely be a challenge...!
