Today, we brought together team members from our Manufacturing Facility in Wolverhampton and also our Head Office in Stonehouse, with a vision to take a break from the working day to:

1. Cycle 20+ miles

2. Walk 5+ miles

Mental Health & Wellbeing is always high on the Metek agenda, and today really promoted that.

It also gave us an opportunity to give back to our chosen Charity for this event.

Small amounts all add up so don't over stretch, or feel you have to contribute. Oliver intends to make the Metek contribution, but I felt this could be our way of saying thank you for a great event, social gathering and team building.
