Their mission is to ensure that those who care for others have access to the best mental health support available, offering independent and clinically supervised services to frontline staff.

This cause is incredibly close to our hearts. Following the tragic loss of one of our own nurses — a loss that deeply affected many colleagues and candidates, it continues to remind us how vital mental health support is within the healthcare profession.

As a healthcare business, we understand the unique pressures our clinicians, nurses, and wider teams face every day. The emotional toll, exposure to traumatic situations, and the stigma many still feel around asking for help are real challenges that affect wellbeing and resilience. The Laura Hyde Foundation exists specifically to support those facing these pressures, “caring for the carers” by providing mental health guidance, awareness, and direct clinical support to emergency and healthcare professionals.
