Simon and I are taking part in a hike across The 'Seven Sisters'. It’s one of the finest coastal hikes in England with great views of the white cliffs and scenery along all of the walk.

However it will be a challenge to complete as it’s a 20km hike with varying increments and descent along the journey. We’re starting in Seaford and finishing in Eastbourne and hoping the weather will be on our side!

We’re doing this for the Priscilla Bacon Hospice Charity, which is a local Norwich charity, committed to enhancing the experience of patients and their loved ones at Priscilla Bacon Lodge. We are fundraising to provide a bereavement service, specialist equipment, enhanced catering, and transport, and to maintain the beautiful gardens. We also support research, education and training.
